All About The Run
The Route
The Long Legged Jack Russell is a 7 km route on Saturday and 5km on Sunday. The Short Legged Jack Russell has kids completing 4 km on Saturday and 3 km on Sunday. The race will start and finish at the Race Village at In House Learning Centre along the Birnamwood Road. It is a 20 minute drive from PMB, or an hour from Durban.
The Locations
Set in the beautiful KZN Midlands, the kids will be running through forests and farmland, along single track and dirt roads. There will be a water table each day, to refresh along the way. There are 2 distance options at the Jack Russell Run.
The Experienced
There will be, included in the event, a trail running skills clinic, MTB skills clinic, cooking lessons, farm visits, understanding the www and responsible social media, and heaps more! Kids will have the option to attend at least 2 of the clinics on offer. Exposed to engaging and experienced adults, teaching them all sorts of wonderful skills.
